4&9 Productions is a Washington DC-area production company formed in May 2008 as a place where all forms of improvisation -- comedy, drama, music, film -- could combine talents and create exciting collaborative improvised theater.  Drawing inspiration from improv performance techniques and classic drama structures (go, Aristotle!), 4&9 is an ongoing artistic experiment.
