The American Tea Party Congress is an issues advocacy group and nation-wide organization of sovereign Tea Parties and like-minded groups which have united in a formal structure to defend liberty, prosperity, and the rule of Constitutional law in the United States.  ATPC plans to change the political landscape in a way to restore the Republic our Framers bequeathed us.
