About

AccuSystems, LLC provides intelligent bank imaging solutions for community and regional banks. These applications provide electronic bank imaging and intelligent bank document management tools for loan files and bank operations documents. AccuLoan (now marketed as "AccuAccount") was created through a partnership forged between a local $330 million dollar bank and AccuSystems, LLC. AccuSystems had been providing bank document imaging for this bank and other area businesses. Searching for more advanced bank imaging features, the bank asked if AccuSystems would help them develop a system to better manage their loan files and credit files. The bank provided the features they would like to see in the program and AccuSystems developed the banking software system. Thus, in 2000, the AccuLoan product was launched. Several local banks began using the product.

Today, the AccuSystem banking software system is being used in more than 200 banks and 500 locations. Currently, it is one of the most advanced bank loan management systems available, with regard to bank imaging, deposit tracking, automated tickler tracking, managing exceptions, automatic reporting, and audit export.

At the request of another client, AccuDoc was developed to support bank operations management such as banking human resources, trust departments, and bank regulatory compliance. In addition, AccuDoc helps community banks manage vendor contracts, real estate, meeting minutes, insurance, invoices, polices & procedures and securities.

The AccuAccount and AccuDoc products are currently installed and running in hundreds of community banks throughout North America. AccuSystems, LLC is a preferred vendor of Banker’s Bank of the West and the Heartland Community Bankers Association. AccuSystems is also a member of the ICBA (Independent Community Bankers of America).
