DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – May 17, 2014 - Adam Warren has qualified to run as a candidate in Florida's Seventh Circuit Judicial, Group 20.  This circuit includes Volusia, St. Johns, Flagler and Putnam counties.

Mr. Warren moved to Volusia County when he was six years old.  He is a graduate of Stetson University and Stetson College of Law. "I grew up in a home where most conversations involved some form of law. I’m comfortable saying, ‘My law education began 33 years ago.’ My mother, Stasia Warren, spent the last 20 years as a county judge and my late father, Dan Warren, served as State Attorney, trial attorney, and author. I have one brother who is an Assistant State Attorney and another who is a defense attorney at the Public Defender’s Office. My parents taught me at an early age that personal character, professional ethics and a commitment to public service were important in life.  I will bring the highest level of professional ethics and commitment to follow the law on the bench as I have during my career as an attorney," stated Mr. Warren.

Adam began his career as an Assistant State Attorney for Florida’s Seventh Judicial Circuit in St. Augustine.  He prosecuting all types of felony cases, including DUI manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident involving death, sexual battery, burglary, child abuse, drug offenses, and capital murder.  

Mr. Warren recently resigned his position as a "Career Attorney" for the Honorable Judge Wendy Berger, Fifth District Court of Appeal as one of her two hand-selected Law Clerks to run for office.  In this position, Mr. Warren made recommendations to affirm or reverse circuit court decisions.

Mr. Warren has experience in Family Law, Contract Law, Consumer Law, Education Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Probate and Insurance Law.  He is currently practicing civil and criminal law.
