Byron Stock, president of Byron Stock & Associates LLC, a consulting organization devoted to making work a place where people flourish and productivity improves, has worked in the area of training and performance improvement for over 30 years.  For the past sixteen years, Byron has focused his practice exclusively on applied Emotional Intelligence (EI) skill-building training.  He pioneered a model for EI skill-building that combines classroom training with personalized coaching, ensuring each person develops sustainable skills relevant to his or her work and personal life.
