About

CRDN, the Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network, is an international organization of textile restoration expertts providing insurance restoration laundry and drycleaning services for all types of loss.  Adept at restoring textiles damaged by fire, smoke, water or exposure to mold and other contaminants, CRDN members offer an effective, efficient and proven solution for insurance professionals seeking to reduce costs and improve margins while closing claims quickly.

Launched in 2001 by Wayne M. Wudyka, CRDN was the first national organization to offer a single source solution for textile restoration.  CRDN currently offers service across the United States, as well as the United Kingdom and most of Canada.  In 2012, CRDN handled more than 30,000 insurance claims.  Considering that textile restoration costs an average of only 16% of replacement—a savings of 84%—CRDN can save insurance companies millions of dollars annually.

CRDN’s experienced and highly trained local franchisees include some of the premier drycleaners in the world.  On a loss site, CRDN members capture the loss by conducting thorough, on-site, room-by-room inventories that save time for insurance adjusters and provide a reliable record of a home’s clothing and textile contents.  The CRDN comprehensive system includes inventory, “rush” service, restoration and storage of fabric items until the insured is ready for them to be returned.  CRDN also offers a “restored or free guarantee” for insurers.

Wudyka, CRDN’s CEO, has become a recognized expert and leading authority in the restoration drycleaning industry.  As president of Huntington Cleaners & Shirt Laundry in Huntington Woods, Mich., since 1992, Wudyka and business partner Jeffrey Snyder developed a time-tested program to meet the distinct needs of the insurance industry by providing comprehensive textile restoration services.  Their business achieved double-digit growth for nine consecutive years largely because of its insurance restoration division.  The CRDN concept was founded on this remarkable success, and the organization has grown through Wudyka’s keen perception of the insurance industry.

The organization’s Web site is www.CRDN.com, and claims assignment can be made across the U.S. by calling 1-800-963-CRDN.
