> We have no subcontractors, freelancers, or gray-market staff.  They pay Federal and State taxes, eliminating your legal requirement to do so.
> Each employee is insured and bonded on the job: They are also covered by our workman’s compensation insurance policy, in the event they are injured on the job. This results in less worry for the care recipient and their family.
>  Each caregiver undergoes a thorough nationwide background check before ever receiving an assignment.  We also check CT criminal courts and DMV driving records.

STAFFING INNOVATION.
> We offer hourly, 24-hour, and live-in care, as your loved one’s needs may require a change over time. We are flexible.
> Our innovative approach to staffing live-in cases makes us a leading provider in the non-medical home care industry.
> We always assign two caregivers to live-in assignments, helping guard against burn-out, allowing the caregiver to maintain a personal life – and having back-up already familiar with the client, if needed. One caregiver works four days a week, the other three days.

WE ARE HIGHLY ACCOUNTABLE.
> A member of our client services management team makes regular home visits to assure that our personalized care program is functioning as planned by family and company.  Caregiver’s Home Solutions is flexible and makes changes when necessary.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.
> Our agency offers transportation services to clients, either in the client’s automobile or the caregivers insured automobile.
