Clear Site Industrial (CSI) is a licensed General Contractor with offices located in Charlotte, NC and Apex, NC.  Our capabilities include demolition, dismantling, decommissioning, rigging / millwright services, environmental remediation and asset recovery.  We serve clients across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.  Although, we are primarily interested in pricing projects in NC, SC, GA, TN, VA, WV and MD, we will evaluate work at any location nationwide.  We currently carry 5 Million Dollars General Liability, as well as, 5 Million Aggregate Insurance and have the ability to meet any of your insurance requirements.

Safety of our employees and that of our clients is of paramount importance.  All of our Superintendents, Operators, Foremen and Skilled Laborers hold 30 OSHA certifications.  CSI and our subcontractors utilize a project specific safety plan that is followed meticulously to provide a safe, secure working environment.  We take great pride in our flawless safety record.
