About

With special emphasis on nature photography, Jackie DeBusk, M.Ed., teaches beginning digital SLR photographers how to simplify the technical aspects of digital photography and how to use those basic technical settings of their cameras to make creative composition choices. Jackie teaches nature photography in park settings, providing materials, lots of hands-on practice, and useful advice during shooting exercises.

Jackie has been photographing events and nature for nearly twenty years. She moved from film to digital in 1999, and she has become an expert on the transition, including moving from her own film darkroom to digital "darkrooms" using editors such as Paint Pro and Photoshop Elements.
