Dr. George John Alexander is a board-certified plastic and cosmetic surgeon recognized by the American Board of Surgery and the National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Alexander is president-elect of the Clark County Medical Society, he is past chief of plastic surgery at Mountain View Hospital in Las Vegas, and he is founder and former chief of plastic surgery at Mike O' Callaghan Federal Hospital, also in Las Vegas. He has been awarded two Surgeon General Awards for his accomplishments in plastic surgery. He received his M.D. degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC, graduating at the top of his class.

Dr. Alexander has been consistently voted among Las Vegas’ top doctors for plastic surgery. He was honored as one of the Distinguished Men in Southern Nevada and is the current President of the Nevada chapter of the Georgetown University Alumni Club. He has received certificates of appreciation from the Nevada chapters of the American Red Cross and the Lions Club. In addition, Dr. Alexander holds Physician’s Recognition Awards from the American Medical Association, is a supporter of breast cancer education, and is a sponsor of the local Boy Scouts.
