Edina Realty is owned by HomeServices of America, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate. It numbers 65 real estate offices and 2,500 REALTORS operating in Minnesota, North Dakota and western Wisconsin. Edina Realty Home Services includes Edina Realty, Edina Realty Title, Edina Realty Mortgage and Edina Realty Relocation.
Edina Realty’s Web site displays over 100,000 real estate Multiple Listing Service (MLS) listings from local area brokers. The company also has a mobile-friendly website.

Edina Realty was established in 1955 by Emma Rovick. The company's first real estate office was located at 50th and France Avenue in Edina, Minnesota.

The firm has acquired several real estate firms. During 2007 and 2008, Edina Realty acquired 17 real estate firms throughout the Midwest.

Edina Realty Foundation – A non-profit, private foundation supported through donated funds and volunteer time by Edina Realty sales associates, employees and Edina Realty Home Services. The foundation offers financial support to nonprofit organizations that work with the homeless or toward homelessness prevention. Since its inception in 1996, the Foundation has raised over $5 million.

Bob Peltier, President and CEO, Edina Realty Home Services
Bob Peltier started selling real estate in 1978, became a regional manager for Edina Realty in 1993. He was named president in 2002 and added the title of chief executive officer in January 2009.

Barb Jandric, General Sales Manager, Edina Realty
Barb Jandric began her career with Edina Realty in 1983 as sales manager, became a regional manager in 1990, and was named general sales manager of Edina Realty in 2006.

Joe Brown, President, Edina Realty Mortgage
Joseph Brown joined Edina Realty Mortgage in 1995 as a home mortgage consultant and became a branch manager and vice president in 2000. He was named president of Edina Realty Mortgage in 2009.

Greg Mason, President, Edina Realty Title
Greg Mason began his career as a title examiner with Edina Realty Title in 1986, was made corporate legal counsel for Edina Realty in 1987, and became Edina Realty Title’s senior vice president and chief operating officer in 1995 before being named president of Edina Realty Title in 1997.
