The Elder & Disability Law Firm of Victoria L. Collier, PC was established in 2002 to serve the legal needs of senior citizens when their health care needs increased.  The primary focus of the firm is preservation of quality of life through the preservation of assets, to include Estate Planning, Veteran’s Benefits Planning, Medicaid Planning, and Guardianship litigation.

Ms. Collier spends a great deal of time in her community. She is the current Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Georgia Bar Association.  Ms. Collier was appointed in 2010 by Governor, Sonny Perdue, to serve on the advisory board of the Council on Aging, and continues to serve on the board.  She has been an active board member of the American Parkinson’s Disease Association, Georgia Chapter. And she is a published author of a book available on www.Amazon.com called 47 Secret Veterans’ Benefits for Seniors.
