About

End Childhood Hunger was organized in 2004 to provide support, material resources, organizational development, program services and information to help local organizations working to end childhood hunger. We are a IRS-authorized 501(c)(3) Public Charity, Federal Tax ID #20-2049660, Florida Solicitation of Charitable Contributions Registration #CH21791.

Our Mission is to educate decision-makers at the Federal, State and Local level, along with members of the general public, on the extent, causes, and solutions to hunger; to promote increased government and private sector response to childhood hunger and to work with our partners and supporters to strengthen local hunger groups

To do so, we utilize innovative methods in creative ways - from volunteer-led service projects and events to promotions and training sessions to developing cause-related partnerships and joint ventures with individuals and corporations to further our charitable and educational purposes.  We have expanded our efforts to actively raise funds via donations, grants and corporate sponsorships to be able to inject back into the community "mini-grants" that assist small, emerging, niche, and grassroots hunger organizations that are focused on directly impacting hunger at the street level in South Florida.
