Mission:  Fontana Resources at Work, doing business as Industrial Support Systems, is committed to maintaining a stable environment wherein people with disabilities are provided with those services and supports that enable them to overcome barriers to employment and empower them to maximize their employment potential.

Summary:  Fontana Resources at Work (FRW), dba Industrial Support Systems, utilizing an underemployed workforce, offers a variety of services, product fulfillment, light industrial, and warehousing skills to companies who are in need of outsourcing to meet deadlines and contract specifications.  For 50 years, FRW has been assisting companies with a workforce who continually meet and/or exceed their expectations.  FRW has worked closely with DLA Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA for manufacturing and with Department of Defense, Seal Beach, CA for Janitorial Services.  FRW provides additional light industrial services to solar energy companies in 3 states and holds service contracts with 3 state and 2 county entities.
