First India Rajasthan Maintains its No. 1 Position
JAIPUR: First India, a news channel from the production house of First India Rajasthan, has once again emerged at the top, proving its ever-growing success and evolution rate. With the fastest growing rate of success in the shortest span of time among all its competitions in Rajasthan, TRP of First India says it once again is on the top.
The recently released TRP chart released clearly proves how well the channel has grown and that First India Rajasthan is emerging as the new leader.
In the 7th week into the year 2015, First India has recorded a total of 895k viewers as per the TRP ratings, while the toughest competition, ETV has 410k viewers, as per as capital city of Rajasthan, Jaipur is considered.
What makes this fact all the more pleasing is the fact that First India has achieved this fete for three consecutive weeks now. While First India recorded 816k Jaipur viewers in week 5, it experienced a major slump to 404k viewers in week 6, while gaining back to 895k. At the same time, competition ETV stood at 432k viewers in week 5, jumping to 559k viewers in week 6, and falling back to 410k viewers in the 7 week.
As for the TRPs for the entire state of Rajasthan, First India has maintained its stance at number 2 position after ETV. ETV in the 5th week had gathered a total of 1,933k viewers, jumping to a high 3,149k in the 6th week and slumping down to 2,017k viewers in the 7th week. Other than ETV, First India also faced severe competition from Samachar Plus, which had recorded 1030k viewers in the 5th week, 1069 in the 6th and 871k viewers in the 7th. First India Rajasthan had seen a fall in 6th week 733k viewers from 1105k viewers in the 5th. However, the production house gained back once again in the 7th week recording 1121k viewers, just after ETV.
