The Underground Clown/Future Legend clothing & entertainment company is based out of Coney Island,NYC.
The company was started by Frank Kozlowsky (owner of Carousel Collision Body shop in Coney Island) to honor Cory Pelzer, a friend who was murdered on a crowded city bus near Kings Plaza in 2001 in which the killer has not been brought to Justice. Portions of sales from the Underground Clown goes to his charity.
