About

Goldilocks Designs LLC, a greeting card company, was showcased at the National Stationary Show at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City in May of 2013.

Generating considerable interest, Allison Staffin, Company Principal and Designer, now plans to bring Goldilocks Designs nationwide. Ms. Staffin believes that greeting cards are a way to touch peoples' lives in a personal and meaningful way. “There is something beautiful in a handwritten card, it is an intimate form of expression." In this information age, greeting cards are becoming more and more important, and because of Facebook, more people are acknowledging birthdays than ever before. Today’s youth will likely continue the tradition of buying greeting cards as they become adults because this tradition has been deeply ingrained as a meaningful way of expressing personal affection and connecting with others in their lives.

For 25 years, Ms. Staffin has been a member of the design profession, drawing her knowledge from her studies and a Bachelor of Science in graphic design and advertising, earned at the University of Delaware. She owned and operated Staffin Design Associates, a boutique design studio specializing in package design and promotional materials for nationally and internationally recognized Fortune 100 companies.

Staffin Design Associates developed package design, branding, and promotional materials based on clients' needs to communicate their goals and objectives. Ms. Staffin is known for her creative solutions and innovative packaging, point-of-purchase displays, promotional and collateral materials. She is the creative director on all projects, from conception through completion, and has a hands-on role in the artistic direction of photographers, designers, illustrators, and outside vendors.
