Hacienda Village is a resident-owned 55+ Manufactured Home Community. We have 83 acres of treelined streets, 447 home sites, 2 swimming pools (one heated), RV Storage, and many more amenities. Residents decided to purchase Hacienda Village in 1994 and established Hacienda Village Co-op, Incorporated. Shares in the corporation include part ownership of the assets and a 99-year lease to a specific site.
