Haystack EDU is the first place to understand all of your teaching options. We are a national online platform that efficiently and effectively helps match great teachers with schools and other opportunities.

This free service for teachers allows them to create a profile and tell their story, utilize a search and filtering mechanism to narrow down choices based on important characteristics to them, and employ a feature called "show interest" which alerts schools that you are interested in learning more. Teachers have the opportunity to be recruited and "receive interest" from schools as well.

Haystack EDU is unique because it is the first site built for teachers that will allow them to find information on all their options as the site will have profiles on every one of the 130,000 k-12 schools across the country.

Ultimately, the Haystack EDU vision is to become the professional page for great teachers so they can represent themselves to the world as the unique professionals that they are. In the fully developed version, teachers will be able to find and be recruited for full time jobs, leadership, professional development opportunities, and part-time/summer roles.

This system makes a teachers ability to impact kids and grow their career substantially easier through providing them a way to find and be found for great opportunities.
