Appleliners is hosting the Green Living Expo of Westchester Event on August 18 2012 at the Playgroup Theatre located at 1 North Broadway, White Plains – New York from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. This remarkable event aims to enhance lifestyles through healthier and cost effective choices and, includes an hourly raffle for the general public.
The purpose of the Green Living Expo event is to encourage healthier lifestyles sparing to the environment and, to promote green and Eco-Friendly products to our toddlers, youth and adult communities. This is an opportunity for the general public to know about products & brands, and also experience products & services on a personal level.
Appleliners is a mom-owned company that is dedicated to providing high quality green personal care products that are Convenient, Environmentally Friendly, Economical, Safe and Comfortable. “My inspiration for engaging in Eco-friendly products is motivated by my children,” said Lorraine. “Four (4) years ago, I was a stay at home mother with 3 toddlers and no vehicle. My children had ear infections, high body temperatures and even toothaches. I had to find natural ways to help them get better and they worked! My children eat raw vegetables like kale because I have found natural and healthy ways for their little bodies to enjoy these types of foods. My expertise is based on knowing that my family is living a healthy lifestyle. We are making healthy choices, and my children know why this is important.” Lorraine and the rest of her family are also working on a book titled “Natural Remedies Work Naturally on Children”. The book is scheduled for release in the New Year.
Appleliners support environmental friendly efforts locally and internationally. Ten percent (10%) of all profits support HIV/AIDS charities in socio-economically disadvantaged communities.
Vendors include, but not limited to: Green Mountain Energy, Earth Friendly Products & Toyota. Appleliners welcome in-kind donations, exhibitors, sponsors and vendors on 4 levels: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze.
