I Am The Coach

When I was 33, my world went into a tailspin and my self-esteem plummeted. I was terrified of everything, and didn’t want to leave my house. Through intense, emotional digging I was able to shed sabotaging habits that were holding me back. It was a hard, amazing journey. I came out transformed and happy.
The amount I have learned about myself, and humanity in general, is tremendous. I now know that my life's purpose is to help people access the tools they need to recognize that they can choose to be happy. Now, I’m a Certified Life Coach and Hypnotist and am doing just that!
