About

BDC Consultancy Services knows that the steps involved in the petitioning for a US immigrant visa can be very complicated. There are many detailed laws, regulations, procedures and practices which are frequently revised. To make matters even more confusing, many different US government agencies often get involved in the process. They may include the US Embassy, US Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), US Department of State, US Department of Labor, among others.

Too often we see persons in our office who have attempted to file a US visa or immigration petition paying some "freelancer" or maybe a travel agency to do it for them, (hey, they are the experts because they do tourist visas).  They may also have tried to do it themselves (how difficult can it be to fill out a few forms). Maybe a friend who went through the process five years ago told them how it is done. However, immigration law is one of the most complex areas of American jurisprudence and because it is entirely statute driven it can change very quickly and for a non-lawyer who does not keep abreast of new legislation the ignorance can be damaging to a client’s case.

In this petitioning process you don't get any opportunity to correct your mistakes. The review of your petition is simple, "approve" or "deny". The interview with the US consular officer is another difficult hurdle you should not attempt without knowing what is expected of you. The US Embassy in Manila is known to be one of the toughest ones to deal with. Tell even an innocent "white lie" and you are denied, maybe forever.

You need to have all the supporting documents, and follow the prescribed procedures to the letter.  Additionally, the US government sees its role in the visa and immigration process only as enforcing the laws and is not mandated to provide advice to the petitioner.

We at BDC Consultancy will do an initial evaluation of your case for free before you decide to use our service. We will tell you up front if you there are significant problems with your case. This will save you time, money and disappointment.  Our American immigration specialist in the Angeles City office, and our US based immigration lawyer will work closely with you to ensure that your case is properly prepared, and all necessary documentation, etc. is included.

You need to be aware that attempting to submit any fraudulent or improper documentation will result in BDC Consultancy withdrawing from your case immediately as we guard our reputation. And if you submit fraudulent information to USCIS, your application will be permanently denied, no second chances here.

BDC Consultancy prepares, analyzes, reviews, completes, and files, the Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration and all its supporting documents, required forms and evidence for the principal beneficiary and any derivative applicants at the Consular Services Office of the United States Embassy in Manila.
