Island Apps is a newly formed company, founded in early 2010 by Matthew Trachtenberg an American Expat who lives full time in the Philippines.

Island Apps produces Apps and Games primarily for the Apple Iphone, Ipad and Ipod touch devices . Island Apps also provides outsourced development services to other companies needing an Iphone or Ipad Application.

By locating the software development center in the Philippines  Island Apps has access to a large pool of highly skilled programmers, graphic artists and 3d modeling professionals. The Philippines is very cost competitive and has a highly educated native English speaking population.

Island Apps can also provide localization services for existing Iphone Apps to help other development companies reach a broader international customer base, currently we can localize apps into American English,Japanese, Korean, Tagalog, British English, German, Arabic and several other languages.
