Look Fierce! & Be Fabulous! ™ It is a Sneak Peek preview video collage; it’s a potpourri of Dance, Fitness, and Motivational clips that highlight the different facets of his work. And pulling from his many years of professional experience he designed this dynamic comprehensive program as a call to “fun” by using dance as the perfect vehicle to Keep in Shape, Educate, and Entertained.
He is author of several inspirational books such as “Sweat 2 Success, and his most recent one Grooves Gone Wild.” His Groove Fitness How To! Program has been featured on Television’s ABC-7, K-TLA, FOX, NBC & QTN. He is also a popular Master Teacher as well as conducts classes regularly in the Los Angeles area. His JWDG Dance Entertainment Theatre™ is quite in demand and headlines at Dance and Fitness convention circuits alike.
