Janice's Fitness

Janice Irwin is a former karate world champion and a high energy fitness instructor. She offers karate classes for all ages and fitness classes for ladies throughout Ilford, East Ham and Leyton, All classes are child friendly with buggy parking spaces! Fitness classes include boot camp, Zumba, disco Zumba fusion, SOCA, Ab-Attack, mums & pre-school fit camp and lots more. Special events are also held. Check Facebook for details.
