Kenneth Gilbert, MD

Dr. Kenneth P. Gilbert is one of Greater Boston’s most talented plastic surgeons with more than 25 years of experience in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgical procedures. A Board certified plastic surgeon with a practice in Quincy, MA, since 1986, Dr. Gilbert has been recognized for excellence by the “Guide to America’s Top Plastic Surgeons,” “The Guide to America’s Top Surgeons,” and as one of the “Boston Area’s Top Doctors” by the Boston Consumers' Checkbook.

Licensed in both Massachusetts and California, Dr. Gilbert serves on the staff of Milton Hospital in Milton, MA, Quincy Medical Center in Quincy, MA, and South Shore Hospital in S. Weymouth, MA. In addition, Dr. Gilbert he is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Boston University School of Medicine (BUSM) and a part-time attending physician in the Veteran’s Administration Boston Healthcare System.
   
A graduate of the University of Washington and the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Dr. Gilbert received his general surgical training at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, WA, and his plastic surgical training at BUSM.

A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Gilbert is a member of many professional organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons, the New England Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, and the Massachusetts Society of Plastic Surgeons.
