About

Managed Networks provides proactive IT support across the country, from the South East to the North West through offices in central London, Birmingham and Runcorn, Cheshire.

Founded in 1992, we provide two services to our clients:

1.Managed Networks provides SME companies with a professional, corporate grade IT support service. Small and medium-sized companies too often have to rely on reactive support from micro companies without the necessary backup infrastructure and support.
2.Managed Networks provides bespoke software development services. These projects are normally data-centric and may involve replicating data between more than one location. They will have a significant reporting component and can require complex financial mathematics or audit trails to accountancy standards. Our clients range from SMEs to some of the largest companies in the world.
Managed Networks is going from strength to strength, with our client base having tripled in the last two years. In the last month alone, we have recruited an additional three MCSE-qualified support engineers to ensure the IT support service we offer does not suffer as our client base increases.

Managed Networks will never over-stretch our engineers and we recruit as we expand. Although we outsource value-added services such as cabling or telecoms, we never sub-contract our key services. We live and die by the service we offer and we are not prepared to compromise on that service by using personnel that are not employed by Managed Networks.

Managed Networks has been a Microsoft Certified Partner since 2000 and became a Gold Certified Partner in November 2005. Every engineer is a Microsoft Certified Support Engineer and has an average of six years post qualification experience, meaning that you can rely on us to look after your IT network properly.
