About

The McQuaig Institute was founded in 1966 by industrial psychologist Jack H. McQuaig. He determined that people rarely succeed or fail due to lack of skills or intelligence–rather, success or failure is due to elements of personality, including attitude, motivation and temperament. To measure these key elements, he developed personality tests and processes that make up The McQuaig System™. Today, The McQuaig System helps more than 1200 companies in 30 countries reduce turnover and increase productivity by make better hiring decisions and developing employees to their full potential using an easy-to-use, web-based behavioural assessment tool.
