This disputative audit is where we analyze all loan documents to determine if any Consumer Protection Laws have been violated by your lender, servicer, mortgage broker or Realtor or any other responsible party. 3) Loan Modification. Armed with the results of all our investigation, our attorneys will represent you and negotiate on your behalf with your lender to modify or adjust the terms of your loan.
4) Credit repair. The legal team of ACI Legal Shield will work to remove any derogatory information regarding the mortgage loan with the 3 major credit reporting agencies.
5) Home Check Up. We will provide, at no cost to you, our Home Check-Up. We will send an adjuster to inspect all of the systems in your home, including: electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, etc. In addition, he will review your entire property to determine whether or not you can make aa claim for any repairs to your home.
