Norris Cultural Arts Center

Since 1978, the Norris Cultural Arts Center has presented performing and visual arts to enlighten, educate and entertain the people of the Tri-cities communities of St. Charles, Geneva and Batavia, Ill. The Norris 1,000-seat theater is available for rent.
