I am currently filming both "The Australian seafood show " and "Savage sea adventures". Both shows displaying sustainable seafood and how the commercial fishing industry is changing in Victoria, Australia.
Also have a fortnightly Seafood series on "Chef Radio" UK as well as a show called “Deep down under” for .
Pete uses his knowledge of seafood to create a 4 course private dinning experience like no other "Where does your seafood come from"
Pete also runs a successful Sustainable seafood school in Melbourne that teaches students the techniques and tips of creating great seafood dishes.
As part of the education process, Pete has started Sustainable demonstrations in the school system of Victoria, Hume secondary College at the Dimboola Rd campus hosted Pete as he demonstrated to a class 3 types of sustainable seafood and how to cook them.
Pete lives in Melbourne Australia and is a passionate playful chef with a huge personality. His passion for Seafood is second to none and is enjoying this magnificent journey!!
Pete commenced his culinary career in Townsville in 1985 where he worked at the South Townsville Hotel. Two years later he joined the navy and trained as a chef on the HMAS Parramatta and HMAS Tobruk. Since then he has worked at the RACV Club, Eurest and Delaware North.
Peter is passionate about food and cooking techniques. He regularly teaches people about cooking, in particular seafood, at Conway Fish Trading in Footscray, Melbourne.
He loves to explore and experiment with new flavor combinations that will enhance and bring out the true taste of fresh produce.
