RCI Products

The success of RCI Custom has been its dedicated employees, who constantly strive to meet the ever changing goals and requirements of their customer base. Consistent attention to detail, quality and delivery have allowed the company to persevere, and to provide services and products where standard offerings do not exist.

Founded in 1982 by current President and CEO Doug Macuch, RCI was originally a division of the RCI Systems, Inc. group, owned by Jay Kingery in Rockville, MD. Sold in May of 2000 to DMX MUSIC, Inc, a Los Angeles based music provider, the business was subsequently purchased by Austin, Texas based THP/Capstar Partners in June of 2005.  Ultimately, in February of 2006, Capstar sold the RCI Custom Division to Cervant, Inc., a holding company owned by Macuch.

The RCI Custom Administrative Offices and Manufacturing Facility are located under one roof in downtown Frederick, MD, about 30 miles north of Washington DC, and about the same distance west of Baltimore, MD.
