REA (Ricklin-Echikson Associates) has been providing award-winning 1:1 career and relocation coaching services worldwide to relocating employees and families since 1981.

Founded by Herb Ricklin and Richard Echikson, we're still leading the way 40+ years later.

As a WBENC-certified business, now led by Lorraine Bello (CEO) and Lynn Wagner (President), today, our focus is on the well-being of employees throughout their career lifecycle as well as their entire families' well-being in transition.  We adapt our service delivery to their changing needs and provide coaching to help them thrive through change.
