About

Clayton Mann was born on lucky number 9 / 9 / 99 in Chicago.  The 18-year-old singer/songwriter was bit by the entertainment bug at the tender age of just 3 years old. Performing by the age of 11, Clayton is professionally trained on guitar and vocals and began crafting his own music by the age of 13. Voted the 2012 Most Talented Teen Chicago, Clayton was also admitted into The Recording Academy, which oversees the Grammy Awards, for his musical works and compositions that same year.

In an unprecedented pursuit of performance, Clayton began cutting his musical teeth in Chicago bars and nightclubs with his band of brothers, REBELMANN.  Garnering the attention of talent buyers, Clayton has also performed at iconic venues such as the Whisky-A-Go-Go on Sunset Strip, West Hollywood; the MGM Grand in Las Vegas; the Hardrock Chicago; and Music Row, Nashville. With his gregarious personality and deep, soulful voice, Clayton draws his musical style from honest artists such as Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, ZZ Top, Bob Seger, and Elvis Presley.
Clayton has toured with the national anti-bullying tour, Teen Nation Tour, to speak out against bullying at middle schools and high schools across the United States.  Through a musical platform of performance and speaking, Clayton shared with students his personal bullying experiences and encouraged students to stand up and speak out as well.

Clayton is also able to do voice-overs in the Americana form.  He is an avid NASCAR® fan, Chicago CUBS fan, Bass-Pro-Shops aficionado, certified golf caddy, and novice golfer, achieving a hole-in-one at the age of  just 16 years old.  Clayton enjoys listening to Johnny Cash on his vinyl record player while smoking ribs with his very own specialty-made BBQ rub.  He is currently a senior in high school at  the  University of  Nebraska High  School to  meet his  touring and recording  schedules.

Clayton is currently performing as a solo artist, and with a professional events band that tours the Midwest.  In 2018, Clayton plans to spend more time in Nashville writing and recording his own music. You can follow Clayton at www.claytonmann.net or on social media platforms: @claytonmann99.
