RecruitMilitary has produced Opportunity Expos since 2006, and by the end of 2010 will have produced more than 300 events in over 50 cities. More than 1,275 organizations attended 147 Expos in 2007 and 2008. Those events generated coverage by ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX affiliates as well as CNN and local independent channels; articles in major metropolitan and local independent newspapers as well as The Wall Street Journal; and extensive radio coverage, including remote live broadcasts from events.

ABOUT RECRUITMILITARY'S DATABASE OF REGISTERED JOB SEEKERS
In mid-November 2009, there were more than 405,000 candidates in the database, and it was growing by over 1,200 candidates per week. The database was 63.1% Caucasian, 21.7% African-American, 9.4% Hispanic, 2.2% Asian, 1.3% Native American, and 2.5% other enthicity; 85.2% were men, and 14.8% per women. Of the candidates who indicated their rank when they registered, 84.6% were present or former enlisted personnel, and 12.2% were present or former commissioned officers or warrant officers.

Search & Employ is a bimonthly print magazine for transitioning and veteran military and their spouses and other familiy members. RecruitMilitary distributes more than 36,000 copies of each issue to over 220 military bases throughout the world, to National Guard and reserve units, and to job seekers at RecruitMilitary Opportunity Expos.
Each issue has two article themes: January/February, Defense Jobs, Insurance and Finance; March/April, Government, Franchising; May/June, Energy, Continuing Education; July/August, Transportation/Logistics, Manufacturing; September/October, Health Care, Construction; November/December, Law Enforcement, Information Technology.

ABOUT RECRUITMILITARY'S RETAINED HIRING SERVICES
RecruitMilitary's chief hiring service is RecruitMilitaryInside, which was launched in 2009 as a low-cost alternative to traditional contingency recruiting. The employer submits a job order and engages with RecruitMilitary's team of search consultants on an hourly basis. The consultants identify and contact a targeted pool of candidates, receive resumes and screen interested and qualified candidates, and submit those candidates to the employer.

When a job seeker registers at www.recruitmilitary.com, he or she may select a menu item that triggers a query regarding the job seeker's interest in a particular employer, franchisor, or educational institution.
