Richard Stewart is the Principal Real Estate Broker at REO Specialists Llc in Kalamazoo Michigan. He has been licensed in real estate since 2001 and has worked exclusively for banks and government agencies managing and marketing their asset portfolios. He has completed thousands of market valuation reports, cash for keys negotiations, short sales, probate sales, distressed assets,s and NPN/non-performing note sales.  Stewart also volunteers as a foster home for the Kalamazoo Animal Rescue and actively promotes the National Animal Rescue known as No Paws left behind, a national nonprofit that is dedicated to helping pets left abandoned in foreclosed homes.
