Suzanne Saltmarsh has been enveloped with passion for dance and the performing arts for over 30 years. As a performer, choreography and educator, She continues to grow as an artist, be inspired by others, and help young dancers cultivate their creativity and technique. Suzanne formed Saltmarsh Dance in 1999, where collaboration in the arts (music, dance, theater, architecture, visual arts and literature) is utilized and reflected in her choreography. She has been fortunate enough to perform with companies such as Martha Graham Dance Company and San Francisco Opera Ballet. As a dance educator and choreographer, she has worked with institutions such as Douglas Anderson School of the Arts, Jacksonville University and the Marin Ballet.

Suzanne received her Bachelors in Fine Arts in dance from Florida State University, and a teaching certificate in dance from the Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance. Most recently, she received her Masters in Fine Arts from Jacksonville University, an example of her continuous love, development and passion for dance and choreography.
