Seritus-CoS has intelligent workflow processing to automate the flow of applications through your operation based on your own internal processes and is easy to navigate, whether utilizing the screens or the various tools inherent within the product.  It provides the capability for your business partners to initiate deals, monitor their progress and print financial documents remotely which were automatically generated from your standard forms.  The system seamlessly integrates with third party commercial and consumer credit sources to pull and store related bureau reports and attach them to the applications.  As deals are finalized, Seritus-CoS can seamlessly integrate with your back-end solution provider of choice, integrating those as pre-booked deals, eliminating the need to re-enter the information.

Seritus-CoS allows for customization of the headers and footers to provide for your own branding within the product to better match your own website.  The system has ready to use out-of –the-box pre-defined screens that could be used as is.  It also has a Form Builder tool that allows you to customize your own web forms and / or naming of the data fields for each product type you offer for data entry or inquiry purposes to better match the flow your business offerings.

Some other key features are:

1)    The CRM module captures the information required to track a new program or vendor relationship as well as individual deals.  CRM data for specific deals can be submitted as the basis for the Credit Application for a given customer as well.  Sales reports are produced for pipeline management.

2)    Quoting is another key feature available in which those individual CRM deals could be used to generate quotes to provide to customers or your sales team could just utilize their program specific custom external credit application entry form and then generate the quote from there.  All standard quotes generated would utilize your program specific rate charts which are stored within the system and could be updated by you as needed.  As the deal makes its way through your operation, Sales and / or outside vendors could review their queue and have an up-to-date status at all times.

3)    The system also provides integration to T-Value to solve for various unknown financial outcomes when working deals.  The solved financial calculation would update the credit application accordingly.  

4)   The Funding module coming soon would allow lessors to group deals together in which they may want a given outside funder to review and fund.  The outside funding party could be granted access to view all of the relevant information pertaining to those deals via their own workflow queue.

The system also provides for the capability to attach other documents whether created internally or scanned in to be attached to the respective application.  Since the system is web-based,  all information relating to the deal (the credit app information, all bureau data pulled, all documents generated and any attached documents) are readily available and could be accessed from anywhere based on permissions provided.
