Soffront Software was founded in 1992, by Manu Das, who is responsible for managing the worldwide executive activities of the company including sales, marketing, and research/development. Soffront introduced customer service software in 1993 – one of the first of its kind. Over the years, they pioneered a complete CRM solution for all departments including sales, marketing, customer service, IT and engineering.

Soffront has introduced many technology innovations, including drag-and-drop screen and workflow designs, many-to-many relations, unique reporting, and flexible dashboards. During the early 2000s, when cloud was becoming popular, Soffront introduced one of the first cloud CRM solutions, which has been successfully adopted by thousands of mid-size and enterprise users. Over the last 21 years, Soffront has learnt about the challenges businesses face in automating their sales, marketing, customer service and operations.
