Transformation Boot Camp is centered around positivity and fun in everything that we do.  Our camps are NOT MILITARY-BASED.  They are NOT COMPETITIONS.  And they are NOT THREATENING.  What you WILL EXPERIENCE each and every day is a motivating, challenging, metabolic-boosting workout that not only changes your body, but it changes your beliefs and attitude when it comes to what you are truly capable of doing in LIFE.

Are you listening?  Good.  We want you to come as you are and work at your own pace.  Yes...really.  We call it our PERFECT PACE PRINCIPLE.  We welcome WALKERS and SPRINTERS.  We welcome those in the WORST shape of their lives and those in the BEST shape of their lives.  We welcome PAST athletes, CURRENT athletes, and MOST IMPORTANTLY....THE NON-ATHLETE.  The point is we want you to come as you are.  Our format is specifically designed to allow EVERYBODY to work at his or her own pace and get an amazing workout.

Burning calories when you workout is one thing; creating an afterburn effect that lasts all day is taking it to a completely different level.  We've combined cardio, core work, and cross-training with weights utilizing the high intensity interval training method to create what is called E.P.O.C. (excessive post-exercise oxygen consumption).  To put it another way...our workouts create a serious afterburn!  And if you don't like long distance running, the Transformation Boot Camp will be a perfect fit for you.  Instead of long-distance cardio, we choose to use shorter intervals of higher-intensity that produce the greatest result.
