Tom Cunningham is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. His newest project is an acoustic gospel album "If I Could Hear From Heaven" released Dec 2, 2014. It includes Bluegrass, Country Gospel and original songs. Tom recorded and produced the project in his home studio. It features Tom on vocals, guitar, fiddle, mandolin and bass. “I’m excited about this project because it includes some of my favorite songs both old and new and my newest original song 'If I could Hear From Heaven' which I dedicate to my parents.”....TC

Tom performs as a solo, bandleader and sideman with several bands on fiddle, mandolin acoustic and electric guitars. Tom's acoustic string band, TCB, gives listeners a mix of Americana, Country, Bluegrass, and Western Swing. Tom is also one of the worship leaders for the “Country Gospel” venue at North Coast Church in Vista CA.

Tom’s songs have made it to the big screen and small screen having written and performed the theme song for RFD-TV network’s Cowboy’s Kitchen, (Tom appears on the show as the musical and comedic sidekick to famed Texas chef Grady Spears),and three of Tom’s original songs are featured in the Lions Gate movie "Cold Storage".

San Diego visitors and locals may remember Tom as the Dolphin Show Host at Sea World of California, opening and emceeing the show for thousands of visitors each day for several years.

Going back to the mid 1980s, Tom played lead guitar and fiddle with both the KCBQ and KSON Flatbed Bands and opened for virtually every major country act that came to San Diego. In 1993 Tom was honored with CCMA’S Fiddler of the Year award. (California Country Music Association, San Diego Chapter)
