Bugsy Segal owner, his mission statement is to help ALL baseball umpires get a fair chance to become an umpire for youth, high school, Mens amateur and college baseball. He is also the Supervisor of Umpires for the Florida "West Gulf Development League". WGDL is a summer college baseball league.
