Yamgo Ltd

Yamgo was established in 2005 by mobile TV expert Ian Mullins.  Yamgo was one of the early pioneers in optimising video for small screens and phone networks.  It provides a service to distribute live TV and video to mobile phones.  Yamgo’s technology automatically ingests live broadcasts and video clips and optimises the material for mobile phone networks from 2.5G to WiFi. This white-label service enables content owners to increase distribution and monetise content on over 1,000 different devices, including the iPhone. Content is delivered from a mobile-optimised streaming server, which adapts the bit rate dynamically to deliver a high-quality mobile TV experience.
