Our mission...to provide worldwide support and assistance to volunteer maritime rescue services and to recognize and honor extraordinary maritime rescues.  

The Association for Rescue at Sea is a fund raising organization dedicated initially as the Friends of the RNLI, and now providing financial support to all volunteer coast guards, especially in the Caribbean Basin.
