Background
To capture the increasing demand for convenient and reliable backup service to replace traditional backup methods, Ahsay Systems Corporation (previously named as Leb Shama) was established in 1999 with the vision of developing a world-class Internet-based online offsite remote backup solution. We aimed to provide a low-cost, automated and reliable backup solution to the business communities. The proposal of providing Ahsay Backup Service was first drafted in September of 2000. The service was launched four months later. This marked the first official release of the Ahsay Backup Software. With constant introduction of relevant backup features, the online backup service was becoming very successful. Eventually, service providers started licensing Ahsay 's software to offer their own online remote backup services, and at the same, businesses began to use Ahsay Backup Software to fulfill their internal backup needs.
