eAmbalam (formerly Ambalam) was founded in 1989 on visionary principles by T.V. Ramprasadh and Indira Kadambi and has been a pioneer in Indian performing arts education, through intensive training programs in Bharatanatyam, Carnatic vocal music and Yoga for both beginners and advanced students. Ambalam offers regular training sessions throughout the year, as well as short term courses for students from other cities in India and abroad. In order to make Indian performing arts more accessible, they also introduced online training in music, vocal and dance. This has been highly successful for over three years and has benefited students in different parts of the world. Ambalam also conducts performances, workshops and lecture demonstrations by senior artists and scholars.
