About

Cubitá is the most Authentic and Ambitious Residential and Hotel project developed in the Azuero Region, specifically in the city of Chitre, conceived with the vision of rescuing and preserving the local expressions that have marked our nation’s identity.

Cubitá is the name of a pre-Columbian group that inhabited the region around the La Villa River (550-700 AD), formerly known as the Cubitá River.

Cubitá has been designed in line with a 4.8 hectares master plan that includes a gated community of single-family residences and condominiums, a Hotel and commercial shopping plaza.

The architecture of Cubitá has been inspired by the typical and traditional buildings of the Azuero region.

Design Parameters

The parameters of design and construction established for the development of the Cubitá Hotel assure that it will be environmentally friendly, seeking water and energy efficiency for the optimal use of resources during the asset’s life cycle.  Most of the items used in the construction of the Hotel will be from the region of Azuero.
