Firm’s principal and staff engagements include the following projects:
     For the GSA National Capitol Region - studied fleet management within the Region and performed an assessment of fleet utilization, resulting in numerous recommendations for improvement, including significant changes in vehicle type and reductions in the number of vehicles (i.e., rightsizing).
     For Idaho National Laboratory - Battelle Energy Alliance, researched and performed an analysis to recommend the most appropriate size, composition, and location(s) for motor pool operations and the types of technological and management tools needed to support an efficient fleet operation.
     For GSA Headquarters - studied the various components of GSA’s internal fleet located at GSA Headquarters and at 10 GSA regions throughout the U.S. and developed a Vehicle Allocation Methodology model to meet the parameters detailed in FMR Bulletin B-9.
     For U.S. Department of Homeland Security - Customs and Border Protection (CBP), served as Project Manager and as the lead technical analyst to identify and qualify a secondary vendor for upfitting vehicles.  This project included developing contractual documents, assisting the selected vendor with start-up activities, and providing contract management oversight.
     For U.S. Marine Corps Headquarters– conducted study of all USMC Garrison fleets to establish a “Table of Equipment” (TE) for each location. A fleet “right sizing” study involved electronic surveys and on-site interviews to create a standard list of the quantities and types of vehicles authorized for each Garrison. Conducted a Wet – Dry Lease Cost Analysis of fleet expenses, resulting in a total cost differential of $1.2M or 6 percent cost reduction.
     For U.S. Marine Corps Headquarters- assisted in the development of a Fleet Managers Management Seminar. Authored and coauthored training syllabus and training modules.
     For NISH/Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma – served as a technical contract expert, advising client in contract interpretation and evaluation including functional description preparation and execution, developed service level criteria and measurements, assisted in cost pricing plan preparation and recommendations, and assisted in the management plan draft  and final. Researched and evaluated current fleet operation, administration and management practices, prepared and recommended new delivery methods and services to improve fleet performance.
     For many Federal agencies (including NASA) - owner has reviewed compliance with EPACT and E.O. 13149 regarding alternative fuels and vehicles and has provided recommendations for improvement.
     For dozens of federal government fleets owner has undertaken projects in all areas of fleet management.
     For Automotive Technology Systems Research Limited (ATSRA) – assisted in market research project. Headquartered in Offaly, Ireland, ATSRA designs and manufacturers real-time diagnostic systems for the mission-critical emergency equipment vehicle and equipment market place.

     For Home Telephone Company, Moncks Corner, S.C., installed asset management system (GPS devices) on fleet to achieve measureable reductions in maintenance expenditures, increase security and safety aid, improve productivity and increase efficiency.
     For Navy Base Support Vehicle and Equipment (BSVE) Pearl Harbor, Fleet-Wi$e delivers wireless vehicle tracking and monitoring solutions to fleet. Solution encompasses safe driving, reducing fleet costs, increase productivity and compliance issues e.g. Greening Government Fleet initiatives.
     For Tropical J’s, Inc., Honolulu, Fleet-Wi$e™ conducts remote fleet management of wireless vehicle tracking and monitoring solutions to Hawaii’s #1 shade and outdoor products provider. Vehicle tracking and
monitoring applications included company service trucks to improve vehicle performance & security and employee productivity.
     For Masaki’s Auto Repair, Inc. Honolulu, Fleet-Wi$e™ conducts remote fleet management of wireless vehicle tracking and monitoring solutions to local auto repair service center specializing in automotive computer and fuel injection repair. Installations included service trucks and company vehicles.
