carecareers

carecareers is a not-for-profit recruitment initiative aimed at increasing attraction and retention within the community care and disability sector, whilst also improving recruitment practices in general. Funded by the Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC) Department of Human Services (NSW) and delivered by National Disability Services (NDS), carecareers offers a fully staffed Careers Centre qualified to assist you in all recruitment needs.

With the support of a mass and multi-media campaign, carecareers aims to help shift perceptions of the sector and the work within it. With research showing that today’s society has a general misconception about what it means to work in the sector, carecareers is embarking on a marketing initiative to use the positive experiences of ‘real’ sector workers in NSW to build public awareness of the benefits of working in it.
