Carol Harper, a victim/survivor of a DUI crash, speaks to schools about drinking and driving. Her PowerPoint Presentation shows the horror she went through when a wrong way drunk driver crashed into her. A nurse from a local hospital witnesses the crash and rushed to her aid. She survived but had six surgeries to rebuild her face and never looked the same. Ms. Harper still lives with a traumatic brain injury and short term memory loss.
